The platform experienced issues between 13:30 - 14:44 UTC Dec. 13. During this window users would have had issues logging in and managing EDLs, Sources. The engine platform which serves data to customer end devices was not affected.

The issue was found within the managed backend database. The database provider worked to fix the issue.
